This license agreement is entered into, as of 25th August 2023 (the “Effective Date”, by and between Lewis Bell (hereafter “Lewis Bell”, “Lewis Bell Photography”, or “Licensor”) and YOUR NAME (hereafter referred to as “Client” or “Licensee”).
The aforementioned parties agree to the following terms:
License
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee an exclusive license to use the following intellectual property as outlined in this agreement:
Photography of OWNER’S NAME and DOG created by Lewis Bell in DATE and sent for delivery via We Transfer on 25th August 2023..
Usage
The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee the use of aforementioned photography and videography for the following purposes:
- Personal use across social media.
- Printed material for personal use.
- Any other personal, non-commercial, use.
The Licensor withholds the rights for images to be used in ways not outlined above, according to Intellectual Property Law. The Licensor withholds the rights for the client to use the images captured for commercial gain. The Licensee also agrees that the use of images may feature in the Licensor’s physical or virtual portfolio.
Terms and Conditions
Term
This agreement with take effect on the Effective Date, and will continue in perpetuity.
Right To Sublicense
The Licensee will not have the right to sublicense to any other third party unless the Licensor grants permission in writing. Any approved sublicenses will require additional license agreements and may not be bound by the same terms outlined in this agreement.
Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed according to the Laws of the United Kingdom, including, but not limited to, the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
